1. Customized Products

All products sold on our website are personalized and made according to the names, photos, text, or design details provided by the customer. Please ensure that all information submitted is accurate before placing your order.

2. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited after production has begun.

3. No Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

As all our products are custom-made specifically for each customer:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
  • Refunds will not be provided for spelling errors, incorrect names, photos, or customization details submitted by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, wood grain, resin patterns, acrylic finish, or product appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handcrafted nature of certain products. These are not considered defects.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product that differs from what you ordered due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened (without any cuts or edits)

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or correction at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Uploading high-quality photos.
  • Entering the correct spelling of names, dates, and messages.
  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, logos, product photographs, and branding belong to Uphaaar By Prachi Menghani and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing offensive, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.
